Biography

Enrique Iglesias was born on May 8, 1975. He is a pop singer. His father is Hulio Iglesias. Enriue-s first musical steps were on Mexican label Fonovisa. Then the time passed and made him one of the most popular singers in the world. He became the biggest seller of Spanish language albums of the 1990s. Then he made a crossover into the English language market. He signed a unique multi-album deal with Universal Music Group for US$50,000,000. Universal Music Latino released his Spanish albums and Interscope released his English albums. In 2010, he ended his contract with Interscope and signed another one with Universal Republic.
Untill now He has sold more than 100.000.000 records in the world, which made him one of the richiest singers in the world. He has also had nine songs on Billboard-s Dance charts, more than anyone have ever had. Altogether, he has 53 hits on various charts. People loved him and called The King of Latin Pop and The King of Dance according to Billboard.
